Obviously anything you are doing is under your own risk and I'm not responsibility if the results not are the expected.
Should note that half of the native apps do not work. The compatibility list is at the end of the post.
How to install BBM on your Playbook
1. Download Dingleberry (Mac - Linux - Windows).
2. Download Port Files.
3. Switch your Playbook to Developer Mode.
4. Connect it via USB.
5. Put the IP of the Playbook and the developer password (top left corner of Dingleberry)
6. Go to Upload/Firmwares/10.0.6.671 and copy the two files, now paste into Dingleberry folder/Firmware/Custom.
7. In Dingleberry app, go to "Firmware", select "Custom" and "Full OS", then click the "Update" button and wait...
When finish Playbook will restart and... Congratulations! Now you are on BB10!
But you need some steps more to install BBM :(
8. Delete the files that had pasted into Dingleberry folder/Firmware/Custom.
9. Repeat the same steps from point 3 to 7 but now copy and paste the file that are into Upload/Firmwares/10.0.9.338.
-Note: Now, when turn on the Developer Mode you must change the default IP
Ok now you have the latest version of BB10 on your Playbook, so now you can install the BBM, Camera app, and some more apps.
You can restore all this process anytime following this steps.
1. Connect via USB and tunr off your playbook.
2. Hold the power button and Volume -
3. BlackBerry Desktope Software will alert that you must repair your Playbook, click on "Repair".

-Bing Maps
-Browser
-Clock
-Music Store
-Calendar
-Contacts
-Messages
-Weather
